Recipe Ingredients for Gallo Pinto

1 tsp oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups red or black beans
3 cups cooked long grain white rice
1 tsp cumin, ground
1 tsp coriander, ground
1/2 tsp ginger, ground

Recipe Directions for Gallo Pinto

Sauté onion until soft in a little oil. Add garlic and sauté until golden. Add Worcestershire sauce, spices & beans. Add rice & heat. Salt & pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped cilantro, green onions and/or sour cream as you like.
