Recipe Ingredients for Galicky Tabouli

6 cups Bulgur, Cooked
15 cups Parsley, Chopped
1 cup Fresh Mint, Chopped
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
4 tablespoons Garlic Powder
5 tablespoons Olive or Canola Oil
3 cups Green Onion, Chopped

Recipe Directions for Galicky Tabouli

  1. chop all ingredients

  2. soak Bulgur in water til fluffy (20 minutes if you use hot water)

  3. mix together in a huge bowl

  4. add pepper to taste (no salt needed)

  5. mix in oil and lemon juice

  6. if you can wait to chill it before you eat you're BETTER THAN ME! :-).
