Recipe Ingredients for Galic Mashed Cauliflower

2 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
0.25 cup Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Galic Mashed Cauliflower

  1. Boil peeled garlic and cut up cauliflower in water until soft.

  2. Strain when cooked.

  3. Put cooked cauliflower and garlic in a bowl with greek yogurt.

  4. Salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Puree with a hand held mixer.

  6. Makes 3 -4 servings depending on the size of the cauliflower.
