Recipe Ingredients for gagar ka halwa carrot snack

5 tbsp Milk Powder Skim Instant
1 miniature box (.5 oz) Raisins, Seedless
1000 grams Carrots

Recipe Directions for gagar ka halwa carrot snack

  1. peel wash and grate 1 kg of carrots.

  2. add one cardamon and carrots to the pressure cooker.

  3. turn heat off after first whistle and remove lid after 20 minutes.

  4. let it cool down and then separate the carrot juice from the carrots, about 2 cups. Chill the juice.

  5. Return the carrots to medium heat. Add 5 tbsp skim milk powder and raisins. Stir, don't let it stick the bottom, takes about 10 minutes. When halwa dry's up turn heat off.

  6. Eat warm or cold, enjoy the carrot juice, I take about 1 ice cream scoop per service comes to 60 calories.
