Great family pasta dinner. Really good if you add chicken and little smokies!

Recipe Ingredients for Gabbagole

2 cloves garlic
4 cups portabella mushrooms
1 white onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 box bowtie pasta
4 cups of broccoli

Recipe Directions for Gabbagole

Start boiling water. Put veggie oil or butter in a pan and cook the chopped onion, baby bella mushrooms, and garlic. Add a dash or two of Soy Sauce to give the shrooms that great flavor. Let cook for a few minutes. Now add the two cans cream of mushroom soup to the veggie pan. Stir and simmer. Once water is boiling add box of Farfalle (bowtie) pasta. Chop up head of broccoli. 4 minutes before pasta is ready add the broccoli to the boiling water. Drain and add pasta to veggie/soup sauce. Stir and Serve!
