A light soup that can be eaten anytime you have a craving for food. I made the serving sizes large (1.5 to 2 cups) but you can make them smaller for a snack.

Recipe Ingredients for Gabbage soup

1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
6 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
10.5 serving Tomatoes Diced No Salt Added
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
4 serving Swanson Beef Broth Fat Free less sodium
1 tsp Beef Base
1 clove Garlic
9 dash Pepper, Black
3 serving Table Blend Salt Free Seasoning Blend

Recipe Directions for Gabbage soup

Place everything into the crock pot on high. Add water just until you notice it along the sides. Cover and cook for about an hour on high then lower to low and cook until you are ready to eat it. The longer this hangs around in the pot the better it gets.
