Recipe Ingredients for FV-fasolakia ladera

750 grams Fresh Green Beans Almondine
130 grams Onions
380 grams Potato
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
50 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 1/2 tsp Salt, Table
0.17 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
4 Glass Water

Recipe Directions for FV-fasolakia ladera

  1. Chop the onions, fresh tomato, red pepper and mushrooms and cook them for 2-3 minutes in the oil.

  2. Add the green beans, tomato paste, water, salt and pepper and cook covered for 10 minutes.

  3. Peel and cut the potatoes into medium-sized pieces. Add to the rest of the ingredients, cover and cook another 40 minutes at medium-high temperature.

  4. Serve with fresh bread and side dish of feta cheese.
