This is something i will drink almost every morning to get rid of the "wind" in my stomach. Fuss free & low calorie compared to the instant mixes in the market.

1 thinly sliced ginger
1 tsp brown sugar
250 ml hot water

Recipe Directions for Fuss Free Ginger Tea

  1. slice ginger thinly and bruise them slightly

  2. put ginger, brown sugar into cup

  3. pour hot water in

  4. sit the concoction for 2 mins

  5. serve.
