Easy and quick vegetarian pasta dish when you fancy something simple and meaty but don't want the calories. The sauce is actually easy to make in advance from scratch in big batches, which would make it healthier aswell.

6 Sausage Sausage Vegetarian
150 grams Fusilli
2 Serving Sauce

Recipe Directions for Fusilli with veg sausages and tomato sauce

  1. Cook sausages according to instructions.

  2. Twenty minutes before the sausages are ready, boil a pot of water. Cook the pasta according to instructions so that it is done at the same time as sausages.

  3. Drain the pasta. Empty the sauce into the pot and reduce to desired thickness.

  4. Cut up the sausages in the meantime. We like to cut them into three pieces and slice those in half.

  5. Toss the sausage pieces and pasta with the sauce and serve.
