Recipe Ingredients for Fusilli with Tomatoes, Spinach, and Prosciutto

2 cups tomatos, diced
3 oz spinach
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
4 oz. fusilli pasta
1 oz. proscuitto
1/4 cup parmesean cheese, shaved
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper

Recipe Directions for Fusilli with Tomatoes, Spinach, and Prosciutto

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Place the spinach in a large colander. Drain pasta oer spinachl place pasta mixture in pan. Add tomato, oil, salt, pepper, and garlicl toss well. Add prosciuttol toss gently to combine. Sprinkle with cheese.
