Salmon fillets coated in spicy pepper mix

Recipe Ingredients for Funky Salmon

480 g salmon fillet
40 g red pepper
40 g green pepper
20 g red chilli
2 g tomatoe puree
5 g water

Recipe Directions for Funky Salmon

  1. Very finely dice peppers and chillies into a mixing bowl.

  2. Add water and tomatoe puree and season to taste, then mix thoroughly.

  3. Coat salmon with resulting mixture.

  4. Bake in oven at 220c for 5 to 15 mins depending on preference.
