Recipe Ingredients for funk 49

1 large onion
1 1/2 tablespoon cumin
13 1/2 ounce coconut milk
28 ounce tomatoes
15 ounce garbanzo beans

Recipe Directions for funk 49

  1. saute onion and cumin in tsp olive oil. add tomatoes and cook for about a minute. add garbanzos and cook for about another minute. add coconut milk. cook to desired consistency.

  2. serve over brown rice or as a soup. might make a good seafood base also.
