Recipe Ingredients for Fungi Rice

2 cup SW Basmati Rice
2 cup Mushrooms (sliced)
1 clove Garlic (minced)
1 small Onion
2 packet Powdered Beef Flavor Bouillon (or two cubes)
21 oz Beef Broth (two 10.5oz cans)
2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Fungi Rice

  1. Wash Rice & set aside (very important step!)

  2. Hea oil. Sautee mushrooms, garlic and onion in a large pot for about 4 minutes.

  3. Add Rice and stir around for a minute

  4. Add the cans of broth, then the 2 cans of water. Add the bullion and stir for a minute.

  5. Bring to a boil. Stir occasionally

  6. Wait until the water evaporates enough so you can see the rice through water bubbles.

  7. Cover. Lower heat to LOW. and let it for at least 15 minutes. Do not open and let the steam out!
