Recipe Ingredients for Funeral Potatoes

30 oz Shredded Hash Browns
10.75 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
16 oz Sour Cream Light
1 cup Cheddar Shredded Cheese
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.3 stick Butter

Recipe Directions for Funeral Potatoes

  1. Chop up the green onions.

  2. Melt butter.

  3. Mix everything together in a 9x13" pan.

  4. Cook at 350 for ~30 minutes.
