7 oz macaroni
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
12 fl oz fat free evaporated milk
8 oz water
2 tablespoons smart balance light
8 oz 75% light cheddar

Recipe Directions for Fully Reduced Carnation Mac and Cheese

  1. Make cheese sauce.

  2. Fold in cooked macaroni.
