Meal Salad, just add protein of grilled chicken breast or beef flank steak.

Recipe Ingredients for Full Meal Salad

1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 head Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
1 serving Blue Cheese Dressing
85 1/10 grams Cucumber
1 cup, sliced Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 small Onions

Recipe Directions for Full Meal Salad

Chop and toss! Super easy. Make sure to salt and pepper your veggies before dressing. This adds a ton of flavor. I use onion powder and garlic powder as well. On a high protein day I add 5-6 oz of chicken or flank steak. On a high carb day I use a low carb pasta salad. (yes, use low carb pasta, even on high carb days). Low carb pastas usually have more fiber and less sugars.
