Recipe Ingredients for full meal muffins

2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups white flour
6 large carrots
2 medium apples
1 medium banana
6 tbsp. molasses
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup shredded coconut

Recipe Directions for full meal muffins

mix dry. mix wet. put together. fold in carrots, apples, coconut, and nuts. put in greased muffin tins or muffin papers. bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
