1 pt Whole Milk
93 g pudding rice
5 g lemon zest
2 tbs sugar
10 unsalted butter

Recipe Directions for Full fat milk rice pudding

Bring the milk with butter sugar and lemon zest to the boil. Stir continuously. Add the rice and stir. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Keep at low heat or place in the oven at 80 degrees Celsius until the rice is soft.
