Chocolate fudge from Reedsburg Ambulance cookbook

Recipe Ingredients for Fudge

4 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
12 ounces evaporated milk
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
16 ounces milk chocolate chips
7 ounces marshmallow cream

Recipe Directions for Fudge

Bring sugar, butter and evaporated milk to a boil. Boil for 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Add both kinds of chocolate chips. Stir. Add marshmallow cream and nuts, if desired. Pour into foil covered, greased cakepan. Let cool to room temperature and score with a knife. Refrigerate until cooled. Cut with large knife.
