Want the creamy, indulgent taste of fudge but don't need a pound of it sitting around, a temptation to be eaten in one sitting? Then this is the recipe for you. ;)

Recipe Ingredients for Fudge for One

1/3 cup sugar
1 heaping tablespoon baking cocoa
1 1/2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Fudge for One

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients, cook to soft ball stage (235-240*F). Remove from heat, add butter (don't stir in.)

  2. Let cool to room temp (100*F or you can put your finger in w/o burning) and add vanilla.

  3. Beat vigorously until it loses gloss, eat out of pan or spread onto greased plate and cool till set, cut into pieces. Enjoy!
