Knock your socks off chocolatey flavor. Definitely a special treat sort of food. Good think is that they are so rich you will only be able to eat one or less.

Recipe Ingredients for Fudge Chocolate Chip Cookies

3 cup Domino Confectioners Sugar
10.3 tbsp Baking Cocoa
0.13 tsp Salt, Table
4 large Egg, White
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
24 tbsp Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

Recipe Directions for Fudge Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Line two baking sheets w/parchment paper

  3. Whisk together powdered sugar and cocoa powder and salt

  4. Whisk in vanilla and egg whites (start w/two)

  5. Beat until batter is just moistened. You want it to look like a thick brownie-like fudgy batter consistency. Add more egg whites as necessary.

  6. Stir in chocolate chips

  7. Drop batter by tbspn full onto baking sheets leaving enough room for cookies to spread out

  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes until the tops are glossy and lightly cracked

  9. Let the cookies cool completely on the baking sheet and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days
