Reduced sugar and black bean brownie

Recipe Ingredients for Fudge Brownie

10 1/2 oz. black beans
7 oz. egg whites
5 oz. cocoa powder
1 oz. butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/5 oz. flour, cake
2 1/5 oz. flour, all purpose
1/5 oz. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Fudge Brownie

  1. Gather equipment and ingredients.

  2. Scale ingredients.

  3. In a food processor, blend drained beans and 2 oz. of egg whites. Set aside.

  4. Melt butter.

  5. Combine the bean mixture, sugar, flour, espresso, and remaining egg whites, and mix until well combined.

  6. Mix in the cocoa and melted butter.

  7. Pour into a greased 9" cake pan and bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
