5 medium Mushrooms
3/20 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
30 grams Beef Stock, Home Made

Recipe Directions for Fuddruckers' Sauteed Vegetable Sides

  1. Chop vegetables thinly lengthwise.

  2. Heat 1 tsp oil in pan in medium heat.

  3. Add veggies and stirfry for 30 seconds then add beef broth and sautee til broth dissipates.

  4. Serve with chicken.
