16 ozs frozen spinach
2 cans salmon
2 cups brown rice
1 cup onion
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
4 eggs
4 egg whites
1 tsp dill
1 cup tofu
1 cup yogurt

Recipe Directions for F's Spinach and Salmon Casserole

Make Rice first - mix the rest of the ingredients together - pour into foil lined casserole -- bake for about 40 minutes at 400 degrees
