Recipe Ingredients for F's Pumpkin Protein Bars

2 cups oat flour
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup splenda
4 egg whites
1/2 lowfat milk
1/4 cup appleasauce
15 oz can pumpkin
2 tsp vanila
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for F's Pumpkin Protein Bars

  1. mix all dry ingredients together and then add in wet items - all can be done in one bowl.

  2. Makes 24 bars bake at 350'

  3. bake in 9 x 13 pam sprayed baking pan - 3 cuts length wise and 5 cuts cross wise

  4. bake for about 30 minutes - and a little more if you are going to travel with them

  5. keep refrigerated - has no preservatives and will go bad!
