Recipe Ingredients for Fruity Yogurt Pancakes

2 cups Bisquick Heart Smart mix
1/2 cup light vanilla soy milk
1 tablespoon Splenda granulated
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
6 oz (container) Yoplait light yogurt (any fruit flavor)

Recipe Directions for Fruity Yogurt Pancakes

  1. Heat griddle or skillet; grease if necessary. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, sugar, eggs and 1 container yogurt until blended (batter will be thick).

  2. Pour batter by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Spread batter slightly.

  3. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown. Serve topped with fruit and additional yogurt.
