Chilled turkey salad with fruit and a creamy sweet dressing

Recipe Ingredients for Fruity turkey salad

1 lb turkey tenderloin
1 c red seedless grapes
1 fuji apple
11 oz mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
2 T honey
1 fresh ground black pepper
1/2 c pecans, chopped and toasted

Recipe Directions for Fruity turkey salad

  1. Cook turkey according to package direction and chill

  2. Drain oranges

  3. Dice apples and cut grapes in half

  4. Cut cooled turkey into small bite sized pieces

  5. Mix sour cream, mayo and honey. Add pepper to taste.

  6. Thoroughly combine turkey, apples, grapes and dressing.

  7. Add oranges and toasted pecans and fold gently so you don't crush oranges.

  8. Chill and serve with crackers
