4 large strawberries, frozen
1 small orange
1/4 cup ice
100 grams silken tofu
1 tbsp. ground flax seeds
3 tbsp. fat free plain yogurt

Recipe Directions for Fruity Tofu Smoothie

  1. Blend the orange and tofu together until smooth.

  2. Add the strawberries, blend once again.

  3. Finally, add the ice and flax seeds. Sweeten if desired.
