Recipe Ingredients for fruity spiced cous cous

7 oz Co Us Cous
3 oz apricots
2 oz pistachios
1 small bell pepper
1 salt and pepper, season to taste
5 grams Bouillon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onion
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1 Lemon (31 g) Juice (fl+oz)

Recipe Directions for fruity spiced cous cous

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry off the onion till soft fry pepperand garlic till soft and fragrant, add spice mix and fry for 2 minutes then take off heat and allow to cool.

  2. Just cover couscous with the vegetable stock, allow to absorb, cut apricots into small pieces, add all ingredients to the cous cous stir well season to taste and cool and serve chilled.
