1/2 cup rolled oats
2 cups skim milk
1 oz dried cherries
1 oz raisins
1 oz dried apricots
1 oz dried plums
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

  1. put oats, milk, and cjopped ried fruit in a nonstick saucepan

  2. boil, lower heat and simmer for 3m. stir occasionally.

  3. sprinkle with seeds
