Recipe Ingredients for Fruity Salsa

1/2 cup carrot, shredded
1/2 cup apple, chopped
1/2 cup pineapple, fresh and chopped
1/2 cup broccoli, minced
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup zucchini, chopped
1/2 cup tomato, chopped
1/2 cup lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup spinach, chopped
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp pineapple juice
1 tbsp basil, fresh
1 tbsp oregano, fresh
1 tbsp rosemary, fresh

Recipe Directions for Fruity Salsa

Mix last 10 ingredients together until smooth and add all the veggies to make a salsa.
