1/2 medium Avocado
2.5 cup, chopped Cabbage
0.5 cup, sliced Mangos
1/2 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
0.25 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweetpotato
0.5 ear, yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
3 oz Salmon, Coho, Wild
1 serving Dressing

Recipe Directions for fruity salmon coleslaw

Finely slice cabbage, shred sweet potato, chop avocado and mango, dice onion. Crumble baked cold salmon. Mix dressing with orange juice. Toss all together along with corn.
