Long grain rice with pineapple, juice and ginger

Recipe Ingredients for Fruity Rice

2 cups rice
1 1/2 cups coconut juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1/5 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ginger

Recipe Directions for Fruity Rice

  1. Cook rice following instructions on bag.

  2. When most of the water is gone, add juice, bring to boil again.

  3. Add pineapple, sugars, and ginger, cook for 10 minutes and enjoy.
