Recipe Ingredients for Fruity Oatmeal Cookies

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/8 cup all-purpose flour
3/8 cup regular oats
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cups brown sugar
1/4 cups Splenda brown sugar blend
1 tbsp butter (actually, 1/8 cup light buttery spread)
1/8 cup fat-free yogurt (Dannon Light N' Fit)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg whites
3 cups cranberries, chopped (1/4 cup dried cranberries)
1 cup apricots (1/4 cup dried cranberries)
1/3 oz dark chocolate

Recipe Directions for Fruity Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Blend sugar and butter, slowly adding other wet ingredients.

  3. Slowly mix in dry ingredients.

  4. Fold in chopped dried fruit and chopped chocolate.

  5. Bake @ 350 for about 15 minutes.
