Recipe Ingredients for Fruity Nut Bars (Nutty Fruit Bars?)

26 g almonds, coarsely chopped
26 g pecan halves, coarsely chopped
66 g honey roasted peanuts
38 g dates, chopped
26 g dried cranberries
42 g golden raisins
12 g wheat bran
16 g puffed rice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
144 g honey
104 g blackstrap molasses

Recipe Directions for Fruity Nut Bars (Nutty Fruit Bars?)

  1. Mix together all the dry ingredients.

  2. Stir the vanilla, honey and molasses over low heat until pourable.

  3. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and stir everything together until nice and gooey.

  4. Spread onto greased pan.

  5. Bake at 250 for about 15 minutes. Cool and slice.
