My version of a "slimming" breakfast shake that is quick, easy, and nutritious, all for under 225 calories. I used raspberry jam but any fruit jam will do.

1/2 medium banana
1 tablespoon jam (fruit)
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup yogurt, plain
