Recipe Ingredients for Fruity-Fudgy Brownies

10 oz prune puree
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup black beans, pureed
1 egg
3 egg whites
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips, mini

Recipe Directions for Fruity-Fudgy Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease or place parchment paper in either a 9x9 pan or 9x13 pan (depends how thick of a brownie you like, 9x9 pan will give a 1.5 inch tall brownie)

  2. Cream wet ingredients together

  3. Add dry ingredients and then fold in chocolate chips

  4. Baked for 40-50 minutes based on pan size
