Recipe Ingredients for Fruity French Lentils

1 cup uncooked green lentils
2 cups water
1 cup raspberries
1 tsp strawberry jam
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/8 cup chopped basil
1/8 cup chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped almonds

Recipe Directions for Fruity French Lentils

  1. Rinse lentils and cook in 2 cups water until tender, about 30 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water.

  2. Combine all other ingredients, stir in cooled lentils.
