279 g (one box) Near East Original Plain Couscous
8 ounces Thai Kitchen Lite Coconut Milk
1/2 cup raisins
1 medium apple, cored and cut into bite sized pieces
11 ounces (1 can) Dole Mandarin Oranges in Light Syrup, drained and rinsed
15 1/4 ounces (1 can) DelMonte Pineapple Chunks in its own juice, drained and rinsed

  2. Let cool.
