Sugar free fruity cookies. Simple vegan cookie recipe is sugar free, almost fat free and quite healthy

Recipe Ingredients for Fruity Cookies

3 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
16 Tablespoon Dried Fruit
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.125 cup Soy Milk, Fluid
1 tbsp Sugar Free Preserves
1 serving Salt
1 cup Mixed Nuts

Recipe Directions for Fruity Cookies

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375

  2. Mash together all ingredients thoroughly. Add a bit more or less Soy Milk as needed

  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet

  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden brown
