Fruity chunky chicken salad adapted from HUngry Girl recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Fruity chunky chicken salad

1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken
1 c grapes
1 medium cucumber
2 medium apples
1/4 c plain yogurt
3 T fat free miracle whip
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

Recipe Directions for Fruity chunky chicken salad

  1. cook the chicken using a fat free method - bake or boil, cut up into small 1" cubes

  2. Dice cucumber,

  3. Peel and dice apples, toss with 1 T lemon juice to prevent browning.

  4. Cut grapes in half, mix all together in bowl with chicken.

  5. Mix yogurt, mayo, lemon pepper seasoning, dash of salt to prepare dressing. Combine with chicken and fruit.
