These sweet, nutty bars are held together by orange juice that has been reduced into syrup

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit'n Nut Bars

1 cup orange juice concentrate
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup pistachios
1/2 cup cashews
3/4 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Fruit'n Nut Bars

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F

  2. Mix the sesame seeds, almonds, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, and raisins.

  3. Combine the orange juice, lemon juice, and cinnamon and bring to a boil. Let the mixture boil until it's reduced into a syrup.

  4. Mix the orange syrup into the nut mixture.

  5. Firmly and evenly press the fruit and nut mixture into a pan

  6. Bake for 15 minutes

  7. Remove from oven and let cool for about 30 minutes, cut into 8 bars. Serve!
