Recipe Ingredients for Fruited Quinoa Salad

2 cup quinoa
10 oz spinach
4 cups black beans
3 oz almonds
88 grams apricots
88 grams craisins
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Fruited Quinoa Salad

  1. Cook the quinoa according to package.

  2. Chiffonade the spinach.

  3. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.

  4. Fine dice the apricots and craisins.

  5. Combine all the ingredients.

  6. Serve chilled.
