Pork Chops w/ Pistachio & Dried Fruit Compote.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruited Pork Chops

16 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Top Loin (Chops), Boneless
1 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.75 tsp Nutmeg
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
0.5 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
0.08 tablespoon Thyme
0.5 cup Pistachio Nuts, Dry Roasted
2.5 oz Mixed Fruit Dried
2 tbsp Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic

Recipe Directions for Fruited Pork Chops

  1. Season Pork Chops will all seasonings and fry in pan with coconut oil.

  2. Reduce 3/4 cup water and 2 tbs honey. When it carmelizes, add dried fruit and pistachios.

  3. Top Pork chops with compote.
