1 Apple Red Delicious Apples
1/2 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
1/4 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 tbsp Syrups, Maple
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for fruited oatmeal

combine ingredients, microwave on high 2 minutes, stir and microwave 90 seconds more, let cool and eat
