Recipe Ingredients for fruit&creamcheese pie

4 oz, shortcrust pastry
2 cup, whipping cream
7 serving, philidelphia cream cheese - light (equivalent to 1pkg/block)
3/10 cup, icing sugar - 60 g
1 tsp, vanilla essence
1 cup, fruit pie filling

Recipe Directions for fruit&creamcheese pie

  1. line a pie dish with the short crust pastry (mind you this will be ultra thin;

  2. bake at 180C for about 5mins, then let it cool

  3. whip up the next 3 ingredients; then pour into the already cooled pie base & spread evenly

  4. spread out the 1 cup of pie filling (your choice of fruit, adjust cals count as per choice) on top of the creamcheese

  5. let it set in the fridge for about 3 hours

  6. serves 10 :)
