Recipe Ingredients for Fruit & Yogurt Parfait

1/4 cup lowfat yogurt
1 blueberries, 30 berries
1 strawberries, 4 berries
1/4 cup granola

Recipe Directions for Fruit & Yogurt Parfait

  1. Fill the bottom of a small cup with a layer of granola

  2. Add half of the fruit

  3. Add yogurt

  4. Add top layer of granola

  5. Garnish with remaining fruit

  6. Yogurt can be substituted for different flavors, any fruit can be used.
