This fruit yoghurt is a dessert or little snack for the small hunger. It is yoghurt with fruit in it, and it is healthier then the ones that you can buy. That is why you will get a lot of energy after eating this yoghurt. There is also a lot of dietary fiber, manganese, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin C and potassium. It is low in saturated fat and hast no cholesterol.

Recipe Ingredients for fruit yoghurt

500 g yoghurt
100 g strawberries
100 g raspberries
100 g blackberries
100 g grapes
2 tbs of honey

Recipe Directions for fruit yoghurt

Take the amount of yoghurt you want and add the honey if you want it sweetened. Mix the yoghurt and the honey good together, till you can't see the honey anymore. After that you should wash the fruits and remove the green stuff from the fruits. If some fruits are too big you can cut them in smaller pieces. If this is all done you just have to put the fruit into the yoghurt and honey and mix everything over.
