Whip this dip up in no time and give "good for you" fruits and veggies a little naughtiness without compromising your diet. These are heaping tablespoon servings. You can take carrots,celery,strawberries,apples,etc and dip. Or for a little something different make a fruit salad(watermelon,strawberry,apple,melon,etc) and mix all together and use as a dressing. It's your party!

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit and veggie "SWEET" dip and dressing

8 oz cream cheese fat free
1 cup splenda no calorie
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Fruit and veggie "SWEET" dip and dressing

  1. Mix Fat free cream cheese, splenda(no cal) and if you desire, the vanilla. I mix for about a minute or less with my mixer.

  2. Your choice of fruit and/or veggie! ENJOY!
