Easy healthy smoothie that will leave you packed with energy for the entire day.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit and Veggie Smoothie

1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 carrot Carrots
10 raspberries Raspberries
1 large (2-3/4" dia) (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Peaches
1 cup Oikos Yogurt
16 oz Trop50 Juice Beverage Blend

Recipe Directions for Fruit and Veggie Smoothie

  1. Cook and puree all vegetables ahead of time adding water when necessary

  2. Add ingredients to blender, and blend

  3. If necessary add more Trop50 for consistency (trop 50 can be substituted with coconut milk if preferred)

  4. Add ice if desired

  5. Enjoy!
